Angel food cake (store bought works well)
1 large container frozen Whipped Topping, any brand
1 large or 2 small package(s) frozen strawberries (thawed)
Tear Angel food cake into bite sized pieces into a 9 x 13 inch metal or glass dish. Set to the side.
Mix gelatin according to package using only the HOT water. Make sure all gelatin is dissolved. Add thawed strawberries to gelatin mixture. Stir to mix well. Pour over angel food cake. Be sure to cover all cake pieces with gelatin mixture. Place in refrigerator to let gelatin set up. Approximately two hours.
Once gelatin is set up, remove from refrigerator. Spread entire container of thawed whipped topping over the top, making sure to cover well. Fresh strawberries can be sliced and placed on top for garnish.
